How do I use the online ordering system ?

Click on "Go Shopping".

Browse through the products, adding the ones you want to your shopping cart.

Avoid using the back button on your browser, instead navigate using the buttons on the web page.

How do I use the offline / fax ordering system ?

Simply print out the forms and fax them to us.

How do I print out the documents ?

Internet Explorer

1. Once you have the document you wish to print displayed, select "File" from the control menu

2. Select "Print..."

3. Specify the number of copies you would like, then click "OK".

OR

1. Once you have the document you wish to print displayed, use your mouse to right button click on the document 

2. Select "Print"

3. Specify the number of copies you would like, then click "OK".

Netscape Navigator

1. Once you have opened the document you wish to print, select "File" from the control menu

2. Choose "Print" (or "Print Preview" if you would like to see how the document will look) and then press the "Print..." button in the top left corner.

3. Specify the number of copies you would like, then click "OK".
